Defined benefit plan obligations and other retirement plans
The Group does not apply a defined benefit plan but a defined contribution plan for its employees’ pension plan. The related company obligations are covered by the company’s general resources. For the total cost see disclosure 201-1.
The pension costs of employees are borne solely by their respective insurance funds.
Employees participate in the additional Pension and Life and Health plans according to the following percentages in the table below:

For new members from 2015 onwards, the employer Define Contribution 9.5% & the employee Define Contribution 5%-15% are provided for the employer Define Contribution 9.5% & the employee Define Contribution 5%-15%.

15% employee / 5.5% employer. Pension contributions are mandatory and set by law and regulations.
EKO SERBIA
Employees’ compulsory pension and health contributions are set by law. In addition, as part of the benefits, the Company provides private health insurance to its employees, with zero cost of participation on the part of the employees.
