The Group does not follow any kind of differentiation between men and women in the remuneration system. Remuneration is based on annual evaluations and follows the Greek, national and EU legislation on equal pay. Based on the principle of equality, there is no discrimination or other financial differentiation in any of the Group companies.<\/p>\n
