The Group does not apply a defined benefit plan but a defined contribution plan for its employees’ pension plan. The related company obligations are covered by the company’s general resources. For the total cost see disclosure 201-1.<\/p>\n

    100% participation. The 2020 scheme for former employees provides for: the employer Define Benefit Plan 23.6% and Define Contribution 5%, the employee Define Contributions 5%-15%.<\/p>\n

    For new members from 2015 onwards, the employer Define Contribution 9.5% & the employee Define Contribution 5%-15% are provided for the employer Define Contribution 9.5% & the employee Define Contribution 5%-15%.<\/p>\n

    JUGOPETROL<\/h3>\n

    15% employee \/ 5.5% employer. Pension contributions are mandatory and set by law and regulations.<\/p>\n

    EKO SERBIA<\/h3>\n

    Employees’ compulsory pension and health contributions are set by law. In addition, as part of the benefits, the Company provides private health insurance to its employees, with zero cost of participation on the part of the employees.<\/p>\n
