The most significant process safety events (PSE) for 2023 mainly concern four major categories, such as: a) equipment reliability and management of maintenance organization and scheduling, b) knowledge and skills, c) work supervision and d) inadequate planning. The corrective actions taken to address them and prevent their recurrence were the replacement of defective equipment, better employee training in equipment operations and continuous safety talks to all staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
