HELLENiQ ENERGY is governed by the Board of Directors (BoD), a body which is collectively responsible for its long-term success. The Board of Directors exercises its responsibilities in accordance with Greek legislation, international best practices, the Company\u2019s Articles of Association and any legal decisions reached by the General Meeting of the Company’s shareholders. The BoD comprises eleven (11) members who are elected in accordance with the provisions of Article 20 of the Company\u2019s Articles of Association.<\/p>\n
